I have gotten aproved for an mortgage loan of 107,000, and found a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom for 68,000 could I borrow the additional amount to get the floors, counter, cabinets, and paint done in the house. I found a house that has been remodeled for 106,000 I like it but it not it for me. I love this house it just need updated
